How does the Executive Search process work?
As a highly respected Executive Search Firm, we will arrange a time to meet with you in person. In the meeting we will go through a comprehensive job brief surrounding the role. Also we will take the time to get to know you and your company, why it would be a great environment for a candidate to join, and more importantly understand precisely the talent requirements that will match your needs.
Following the meeting we then get to work utilising every tool and process available to confidentially and discreetly reach in to the market, networking with potential suitors, building a long list and then ultimately a shortlist of suitable candidates to present to you.
It’s at this point the process is over to you, however we help you manage and deliver a robust interview process to determine which of the candidates are most appropriate to hire.
Once a decision is made, we complete background checks at your request, manage the offer process, paperwork and commencement date.
It doesn’t stop there, we are committed to ensuring that any placement is a successful one and that we have fulfilled your goals. Continued conversation will be maintained with you and your new employee, way beyond the date at which they join your team and become a valued member of staff.
